This really is a nice vector with a interesting concept <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>

I like the constructivist style to it a lot, which can be achieved very good with simple vectors.
The font is nicely set and the 3D effect looks very good on it.
Alltogether the shapes could be more refined, but for the wanted look it is ok the way it is.
The color scheme is very appealing and gives a nice atmosphere.

The only thing that really bothers me are the sort of inner shadoes on the hand/fingers. i think it can do without them very good. Or you could use some clear lines/cell shading to add more "depth" to them. But a soft/blurry shadow looks rather off in such a crisp style that you maintain throughout the rest of the piece.

Overall i gotta say i like the piece and hope you continue making such nice artworks <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>
