I like the constructivist style to it a lot, which can be achieved very good with simple vectors.
The font is nicely set and the 3D effect looks very good on it.
Alltogether the shapes could be more refined, but for the wanted look it is ok the way it is.
The color scheme is very appealing and gives a nice atmosphere.
The only thing that really bothers me are the sort of inner shadoes on the hand/fingers. i think it can do without them very good. Or you could use some clear lines/cell shading to add more "depth" to them. But a soft/blurry shadow looks rather off in such a crisp style that you maintain throughout the rest of the piece.
Overall i gotta say i like the piece and hope you continue making such nice artworks

i am a fan of minimalism and this is - it. the repeating background, the simple typography (maybe a grammar problem though - welcome to THE rupture), the simple symbol - a clenched fist.
a bit more work on the hand itself would be cool, since it is a bit fuzzy, unlike all the other parts of the poster.
love the dull-ish colors in the background clashing with the skin color of the hand. possibly, also, the hand could be a bit thinner towards the bottom, seems a bit big honestly.
but overall - i like it very very much.
