I just don't know how I should start out. Like should I draw it out and then paint it after or make a perspective point of it and then start painting, I need your advices.

Nothing difficult. Just make a sketch, pick colors and go ahead! Would it be digital or traditional painting?

I'd say traditional painting that difficults me in a lot of ways. I never even learned perspective back in highschool before I left either, so that's one problem I have too.
